Java applications

We create utility to install Java Applcation.
You can use this tools to download application for other platform: WIndows, PALM and Pocket PC.

Step 1

To run java applications you must use Java 1.6.0 or higher.
If you can run our application using web browser then you have java and you can skip this step. Otherwise wisit site http://java.sun.com/getjava/installer.html

Step 2

Step 3

For windows machine
Click on setup.exe or setup.jar

For other OS execute command
{javahome}java -jar setup.jar
where {javahome} is directory with Java

The setup was tested for Windows Only. Theoretically it should work on any platform. But...

Step 4

Select destination folder:

Click on Next and follow instructions.

At the end you will have next folders on your hard drive:
  • Destination folder
    • Java
      • lib
        • Java Libraries (JAR Files)
      • Start
        • Batch files to start applications, Icons to create shortcuts
    • PALM
      • Downloaded Palm Software
    • PocketPC
      • Downloaded Pocket PC Software
    • windows
      • Downloaded Windows Software
