Dr. Wilhelm Fliess discovered identical rhythms in the case histories of his patients The theory of Biorhythms states that human activity goes through regular high and low periods. There are three different rates: - 23-Day Cycle For Physical curve
- 28-Day Cycle For Emotional curve
- 33-Day Cycle For Intellectual curve

| Mastery: | This is the composite of the Intellectual and Physical cycles. The cicle shows your ability to succeed at tasks. It also tracks athletic abilities. |
| Passion: | This is the composite of the Physical and Emotional cycles. Passion encompasses your motivation to act, and the drive that allows you to continue a difficult pursuit. This cycle also tracks sexuality in its purest form. |
| Wisdom: | This is the composite of the Emotional and Intellectual cycles. Wisdom shows your ability to understand world and the things that are realy important to your. This cycle also tracks the presence of mind that you need to make crucial decisions |
